We offer hundreds of on-demand training resources as well as tailored programs for multiple career tracks, including project management, safety, and accounting. By empowering creativity and innovation with the right tools and support, our teams consistently develop practical and progressive solutions for our clients with certainty of safety, quality, and performance.

A team is a group of people who go out of their way to make each other look good. We make sure our people are well cared for, getting joy out of their jobs, and continuing our mindset of abundance in all things.

Annual VECA Family Picnic at the Woodland Park Zoo

We create space to enjoy each other’s company throughout the year. We host summer barbeques, hold an annual company picnic at the Zoo, play in softball tournaments, get competitive with a chili cookoff, have “field days” (yes, just like in elementary school!), and of course, our annual Christmas party.
