Engaging Diverse Businesses on Projects

We regularly work on projects with participation goals for both local companies and certified small or diverse businesses. To achieve these requirements, we share upcoming projects with qualified firms, increase mentorship opportunities, and apply proven community outreach methods.

  • Participate in industry organizations and job-specific events
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships  
  • Attend project Q&A sessions to share project information 
  • Engage at the JATC level
  • Right-size scopes to set up the team for success 
  • Provide updates on utilization goal progress
Community Commitments

We are actively involved with many local organizations in the AEC industry. VECA helps amplify their reach by encouraging employees to serve as board members, attending events and fundraisers, and donating time, money, and resources to their causes.
