Large-Scale Vegetable Processing Power
This Design-Build facility for Skagit Valley Farms required close coordination with local partners and end users to provide functional and efficient solutions.
Primary usage of the 110,000 SF facility is for vegetable processing, but the project also included 6,000 SF of office space. VECA worked directly with the owner, receiving valuable input to inform the design, fabrication, and installation. The scope included a suite of UL listed industrial control panels, installation support for Logix programmable logic controllers, and providing connections and controls for an ice generator. We also designed and installed the telecommunications, fire alarm, and access control/security and distributed antenna systems.
