Kinects Tower

This logistically challenging project was constructed amidst busy pedestrian and vehicle traffic with limited laydown area, requiring careful coordination amongst all the trade partners and general contractor. Its unique amenity feature is a pool situated on the 40th floor, along with expansive entertaining areas for residents. Totaling 356 units varying in size from traditional studio apartments to luxury penthouse suites, the building also has nine levels of structured parking housing 316 stalls. VECA's scope included Design-Build electrical, fire alarm, security, low voltage, and DAS systems.
