New High School Built with Proactive Planning & Multi-Phased Construction
This all-new two-story school was built just 50 feet behind the active existing one and was completed under a collaborative EC/CM delivery method.

The 190,000 SF school includes classrooms, science labs, a performing arts theater, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, music rooms, and administrative offices. It also features a Career and Technical Education (CTE) center with training areas for the culinary arts and robotics. Site development added an eight-lane synthetic surface track, natural turf playfields, and six tennis courts. The building is primarily steel framed with brick and metal cladding, with wood-framed classrooms.A proactive preconstruction approach was necessary to plan out the work adjacent to an active school. Due to its size and complexity, 6-8 different rough-in teams were coordinated to work simultaneously. Sustainability features include a 100kW solar array.
